General Baggage Information

Yes, you can check your baggage to your last destination. This can happen if you have a through ticket (one ticket all the way). Cases where: you have a stopover, your final flight to your destination is a domestic local flight, or your final destination is at an international airport with custom checking facility; your baggage must be collected at every stop. Please contact the airline for more information. You can also ask at the check-in point (airline staff in the airport), if you will be able to collect your baggage at the final destination according to the custom regulations of that country.
To learn about your free baggage allowance, please check your invoice or contact Airline or Atlas Travel for more information. In some cases, trips to the Middle East and Africa permit 2 pieces, each 23KG, Europe one piece 23KG. North America either one piece 20KG or no free baggage and has to paid in Airport according to Airline and your ticket rule. Contact the airline or Atlas Travel for detailed information.
To learn about excess or overload, oversize or more than your free allowance luggage, please contact the airline.
To learn about cabin baggage (hand baggage that you may take with you on board the aircraft ) policies, please contact airline. In most cases though, usually the airline cabin baggage maximum is 5KG and 55x40x23 cm.
Animals such as dogs and cats, when properly caged and accompanied by valid health and vaccination certificates, entry permits, and other documents required by countries of entry or transit will, with the advance agreement of Carrier, be accepted for carriage, subject to Carrier's Regulations.
